Justin Schulz, Ph.D.

“Getting the best performance out of your organization comes by design,” says Justin Schulz, “not by accident.  Consultant, author, lecturer, teacher, and business leader, Justin knows firsthand what it takes to successfully lead an enterprise.  He built a profitable regional firm that he sold to a major insurance company.  He has more than twenty-five years of experience in business and consulting, working with companies of all sizes, from small teams to international organizations.  His insights and experience have helped companies make significant improvements in their corporate capabilities.

Justin earned his Ph.D. in Psychology at the State University of New York at Buffalo.  In addition to leading Schulz Consulting, Justin is very involved in community affairs.  He serves as Chair of the TriCounty Workforce Investment Board, sits on the Board of the Jefferson Economic Council, the economic development organization for Jefferson County, Colorado, and teaches graduate courses in management at Regis University.
