Service Company of Colorado was faced with having to
undertake the world’s first decommissioning of an
operational nuclear power plant. By providing a
comprehensive organizational assessment, leading
change management consultation throughout the project,
and delivering executive coaching services to key
leaders we helped them complete this 7-year project
within budget and on time. This achievement was
not only a triumph for Public Service, it was
recognized by the entire electric utility industry as
the most important industry accomplishment in 1996.
